Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within UAE:

  • Major Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Courier operations
  • Product availability
  • Public holidays
  • Weather or unforeseen delays

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or minimum purchase amounts.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Mubhrix may offer Cash on Delivery services for eligible orders within UAE.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the order
  • The provided phone number is active and reachable

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

In rare cases of lost shipments, eligible customers may receive a replacement or refund after investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

Mubhrix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Unreachable phone numbers

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Share your order number and images with our support team

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
